These terms cover your use of Navy Combat. Playing the game means accepting them. They are deliberately short and in plain language.

1. The game

Navy Combat is provided free of charge, as-is, for personal entertainment. It is an independently developed project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any navy, government, or any company whose vessels or trademarks may be referenced. Ship names are historical and are used descriptively.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Modify, automate or tamper with the game client to gain an advantage in multiplayer, or use tools that do so.
Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the game's servers.
Use display names that are abusive, hateful, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate.
Attempt to manipulate the ranked ladder, leaderboards or reward systems, including by repeatedly requesting advertisements in order to farm rewards.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset ladder ratings, or block access where these terms are broken.

3. Accounts

An account is optional and exists only to carry your progress between devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

4. Purchases

The full edition is an optional one-time purchase that grants cosmetic content, additional hulls and progression bonuses. In-game currency and items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Competitive ranked matches use stock ships with all bonuses disabled, so a purchase never confers a combat advantage. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the payment provider used at checkout.

5. Availability and changes

The game is under active development. Content, balance and features may change or be removed, and online services may be interrupted or discontinued. Progress is stored primarily on your own device; we do not guarantee that saved data, replays or ladder standings will survive updates indefinitely.

6. Liability

The game is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the game, including loss of saved progress or purchased content.
